All products are dispatched via Australia Post with 24-48hrs of order confirmation.
You can expect to receive an email with delivery tracking number after your order has been dispatched. In the event that you are not home at time of delivery or if Australia Post does not normally deliver parcels to your door, Australia Post will leave a calling card in your mailbox and your order will be left at your nearest post office for collection. Please be sure to quote your Australia Post tracking number and bring along photo ID for collection.

At DeEmDe Trendy Kids we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organize a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned unused and in a saleable condition.
You may return most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
No refunds will be given on sale items unless in the unlikely event your product/s are damaged or faulty in any way.
